Terms & Conditions

  • Cancellation of your booking must be made up to 1 week in advance via email to: WOS@addington.wokingham.sch.uk 
  • Last minute cancellations are sometimes inevitable - if this is the case this can be done by phone or email - contact details will be provided separately on your event reminder, sent nearer the course date.
  • Only the participant booked may attend. If you wish to substitute your place (for another staff member, if you cannot make it) please let us know in advance who will be attending.
  • Conduct on training must be appropriate and in line with your school's standards.
  • All absences that are unaccounted for on WOS training courses will be monitored. Repeated occurrences may jeopardise your ability to book onto future training courses and be reported to your school.
  • In order to comply with data protection legislation please be aware that the person whose data is shared on a booking request to attend WOS advertised training is aware of the booking and that the sharing of this information is for the purposes of processing the booking.
