STEPS gives your whole staff - from teaching assistants to senior leaders - practical, evidence-based SEND training in 5-10 minute modules that fit around the school day

All courses are CPD accredited

STEPS is free to any mainstream school within the Wokingham Borough. Simply enrol your school via AOIS and have unlimited access.

Each course offers three progressive levels, structured to fit around the school day:

• Step 1: Universal awareness (2 hours)
• Step 2: Enhanced skills (2 hours)
• Step 3: Specialist skills and interventions (2 hours) 

Courses are broken down into manageable 5-10 minute chapters - perfect for fitting around PPA time or briefings. Staff can pause and resume whenever needed, and each completed level earns its own CPD certificate.

Staff can be guided to appropriate levels based on their roles and development needs.
